Specifications
- Capacity: 10ml per bottle
- Dimensions: Approx. 6 × 2.1 cm (2.4 × 0.83 in)
- Material: Liquid flux
- Pack Includes: 1 × 10ml Soldering Flux Bottle
How to Use
- Prepare the surface – Ensure the welding area is dry, clean, and free of oil, grease, and oxidation before applying flux.
- Apply flux – Apply a small amount of liquid flux to the target welding area.
- Set your soldering iron temperature – Use a high-power soldering iron at approximately 350–400°C. For soft-pack batteries, use a soldering iron of at least 200W; for larger assemblies, 500W or more is recommended. A pointed or horseshoe-shaped tip is ideal for efficient heat transfer.
- Heat & solder – Press the iron tip firmly against the welding area for a few seconds to pre-heat, then quickly feed solder wire to the joint. Keep the iron in contact with the metal surface throughout — do not lift during the process.
- Work continuously – Keep heating and feeding solder wire while hot for the strongest bond.
⚠ Important Note: This flux is NOT suitable for soldering circuit boards or electronic PCB components. It is intended for metal-to-metal joining applications only.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can this liquid soldering flux be used on circuit boards or PCB components?
A: No — this flux is specifically formulated for metal-to-metal soldering on materials like aluminum, copper, stainless steel, iron, nickel, and galvanized sheet. It is not recommended for circuit boards or sensitive electronic PCB components. Please use a dedicated PCB/electronics flux for those applications.
Q: Do I need to clean the flux residue after soldering?
A: This is a no-clean formula, meaning it leaves minimal residue and does not require water cleaning after use. Simply allow the joint to cool and you're done — making it a fast, convenient choice for battery packs and metal fabrication projects.
Q: What soldering iron power is recommended for 18650 battery tab soldering?
A: For soft-pack batteries, a soldering iron of at least 200W is recommended. For larger battery assemblies or thicker metal connections, a 500W or higher iron is advised. Always preheat the welding area and maintain continuous contact for the best results.
