• Power On/Off: Place the scale on a flat surface and press the On/Off button. The display will self-test and zero automatically. To turn off manually, hold On/Off for 2+ seconds. Auto-shutoff activates after 120 seconds of inactivity.
• Change Units: Press the "Unit" button to cycle through all available measurement units.
• Tare: Place your container on the scale, then press the "Zero" key to reset to zero before adding your ingredients.
