Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is this carrying case compatible with only the Insta360 Ace Pro 2?
A: Yes, this case is precision-molded specifically for the Insta360 Ace Pro 2. The interior cutout is designed to fit that model snugly. It may not provide a secure fit for other Insta360 models or camera systems.
Q: What is included in the package?
A: The package includes one EVA + canvas storage bag with gray velvet lining and one carabiner mountaineering buckle, so you can clip it to your bag or harness straight out of the box.
Q: Is the case waterproof?
A: The outer EVA shell offers a degree of water resistance for light splashes, but the case is not rated for full waterproof submersion. We recommend keeping it sheltered from heavy rain to protect your camera.
Q: How do the double zippers work?
A: The dual-zipper design allows you to open the case from either side, making one-handed access quick and smooth. The zippers have been tested for reliable, snag-free operation even with repeated daily use.
