How to Use

1. Lightly spray the inner surface of the mould with a small amount of waste oil to aid demoulding (avoid over-oiling to prevent air bubbles).
2. Mix your concrete and pour it evenly into the mould.
3. Optionally use a vibrating table to remove any trapped air bubbles for a smoother finish.
4. Place the filled mould on flat ground, ideally against a wall to prevent stretching, and allow to solidify.
5. Keep the concrete lightly moistened during curing to prevent cracking.
6. In summer, demould after 1–2 days; in winter, allow 4–5 days for full cure.
7. Once fully set, flip the mould onto a wooden board and tap gently to release your finished brick. Continue curing with water as needed.
