Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What phone sizes fit in this tactical navigation board?
A: The folding navigation board accommodates smartphones up to 8.89 cm wide, 17.15 cm tall, and 7.14 cm deep. Most standard and large smartphones — including popular models used for GPS apps — will fit securely thanks to the adjustable silicone strap.
Q: How does the MOLLE mounting system work on this navigation panel?
A: The panel features integrated MOLLE-compatible straps that weave through 4×3 rows of MOLLE webbing found on tactical vests, chest rigs, and backpacks. Simply thread the straps through the webbing for a firm, rattle-free attachment in the field.
Q: Can I use the compass separately from the phone holder panel?
A: Yes! The split/modular design allows you to detach and use the compass and navigation board independently. This flexibility means you can configure the kit to suit the exact demands of your activity — whether hunting, airsoft, hiking, or other outdoor pursuits.
Q: What is the red light feature on the compass used for?
A: The built-in red light on the compass is designed for low-light and nighttime navigation. Red light preserves your natural night vision better than white light, making it ideal for field use after dark without the need for a separate torch or flashlight.
