Tubeless Tire Repair Kit – Rubber Strip Plugs & Insertion Tools for Car, Motorcycle & Truck

Flat tire? No problem. This compact tubeless tire repair kit lets you seal a puncture quickly and confidently — right on the road. Whether you drive a car, ride a motorcycle, or operate a truck, these heavy-duty rubber strip plugs and insertion tools give you a fast, reliable emergency fix without the need for a jack or professional help.

Why Choose This Tire Repair Kit?

  • Fast & Convenient: Seal a puncture in minutes with a straightforward plug-and-go method — no special skills required.
  • Durable Butyl + Natural Rubber Strips: Vulcanized from a blend of butyl and natural rubber for maximum flexibility, long-lasting air-tightness, and resistance to aging and hardening.
  • Superior Toughness: Each rubber strip features a nine-strand, sixteen-core nylon construction for exceptional tensile strength and wear resistance.
  • Excellent Adhesion: High-temperature vulcanization processing ensures the strip softens with heat and bonds firmly to the tire interior — staying put for the long haul.
  • Universal Fit: Compatible with tubeless tires on cars, motorcycles, trucks, and other vacuum (tubeless) tire vehicles.
  • Available in Multiple Pack Sizes: Choose from 5 to 50 pieces to match your needs — ideal for everyday drivers, fleet operators, and roadside assistance kits.

How to Use

  1. Locate the puncture and remove any embedded object (nail, screw, etc.).
  2. Insert the metal reaming tool into the hole and work it in and out to clean and widen slightly.
  3. Thread a rubber strip through the eye of the insertion needle.
  4. Push the needle firmly into the puncture, leaving ~10 mm of strip protruding.
  5. Pull the needle out sharply — the strip remains anchored in the tire.
  6. Trim any excess strip flush with the tire surface, re-inflate, and you're ready to roll.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this tubeless tire repair kit suitable for motorcycle tires as well as car tires?

A: Yes! The rubber strip plugs and insertion tools in this kit are compatible with any tubeless (vacuum) tire, including those on cars, motorcycles, trucks, and SUVs. The 100 × 6 mm strips are sized to handle the most common punctures across these vehicle types.

Q: How long will the rubber strip plug repair last?

A: The high-temperature vulcanized butyl and natural rubber construction creates a firm, air-tight bond with the inner tire wall. When installed correctly, the plug can serve as a long-term repair, not just a temporary fix — though a professional tire inspection is always recommended after any puncture.

Q: Do I need any additional tools or materials to use this kit?

A: No additional materials are needed. The kit includes the rubber strip plugs and the metal insertion needle tool. You may want a small knife or scissors to trim the excess strip after installation, and a tire inflator or air compressor to re-inflate the tire.

Q: What pack size should I buy?

A: For personal use or a single-vehicle emergency kit, a 5–10 piece pack is typically sufficient. If you manage a fleet, frequently drive on rough terrain, or want to stock up for your workshop, the 20–50 piece packs offer better value per strip.
